   • At least 3 bedrooms.
   • A kitchen.
   • A dining room.
   • At least 2 bathrooms.
   • A living room.
   • A study with at least one computer.
   • An outdoor garden.
   • A pool.
2. Have a family;
   • Get married.
   • Become a grandparent.
3. Have a career;
   • Earn the Entrepreneurial lifetime reward.
   • Reach level 10 of your chosen career OR if running a business, earn $100,000 and have all employees fully trained.
4. Aspirations;
   • Complete at least one aspiration goal for both your main sim and partner.
   • Complete one aspiration for each child you have.
5. Money;
   • Have a home worth at least $100,000.
   • Have at least $200,000 in the bank.

❝ Mandatory Shit;

• Before building a home – have level 5 handiness and level 3 logic; pay a fine of $500 to the city.
• Before building a garden – have level 7 handiness and level 5 gardening; one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a fire alarm, a couch; blueprints are $500.
• Before getting a job – have a bed, toilet, shower, sink, stove, counter, chair, fridge; pay $1000 for a college degree.
• Before having a family – toddlers must max out their skills; kids must have 5 levels in any skill plus A in school; teens must have 5 levels in any 2 skills and a part-time job.
